How does the Blacklist Assistant work?

1. The tool periodically (every 24 hours) checks ratings from Buyers on your Allegro accounts.
2. Based on the collected data, the program calculates the average ratings received from buyers on your Allegro accounts.
3. If a buyer's average rating is below the threshold you set (from 1 to 3 stars), the buyer is added to our blacklist.

Changing settings will refresh the blacklists according to the new criteria within a few minutes after saving changes.
