Thanks to automatic commission refunds Allegro you no longer need to think about sending requests for transaction discounts.
Our tool:
- periodically checks orders (at least once a day),
- precisely detects orders for which you are entitled to a transaction discount:
- incomplete orders — unpaid or where no delivery method was even chosen,
- canceled orders,
- orders for which you have refunded the payment to the Buyer,
- orders from undelivered cash on delivery shipments (InPost).
- automatically sends (through the Allegro API) a request for a transaction discount,
- notifies you by email about the requests submitted by the automat.

The automat checks your orders from the last 45 days for which it is possible to send a request for a transaction discount.Settings
In tool settings you have the option to specify the number of days that must pass from the date the order was placed for the automat to send a request for a commission refund for it.By default, this parameter is set to 7 days.
The number of days specified in the settings applies to incomplete orders. In situations where the Buyer has paid for the order and you have refunded the money, the automat will send a transaction discount request immediately after detecting the refund.
