Flexible sets under full control

Not one rigid pair, but flexible items

Each item can contain alternative offers from the same Allegro category. You determine the required quantity and specify the starting offers on which the customer will see the set.

Set Items

The set contains from 2 to 6 logical items that you can arrange in the necessary order.

Alternative Listings

One item can include up to 30 offers from the same category — the customer selects the matching variant.

For the items, you set the required quantity and mark the offers on which the set should be displayed.

Important: Saving the set in the editor is not the same as 'Save on Allegro'. It is up to you to decide when the locally prepared changes will be sent.

Switch between the listings view and the sets view. The editor remembers the last account and the last used view, allowing you to return to interrupted work faster.

From a single listing to a complete flexible set

Items and Order

Add 2–6 items, change their order, and move listings between adjacent items.

Required quantity

For each item, specify how many units the customer needs to buy to meet the set condition.

Show in these listings

Select starting listings on which Allegro will present the set proposal.

Validation before saving

The editor checks categories, markets, duplicate listings and products, and conflicts of starting listings.

Select multiple offers without leaving the creator

The modal search allows adding several offers at once. Filter by category and status, browse thumbnails, ID, SKU, prices, and the number of units sold.

One bundle, separate decision for each market

Set a discount for the entire bundle or only for selected items. Values for Poland, the Czech Republic, Slovakia, and Hungary may vary — or be copied with one button.

Plan first, then execute

Copy the bundle template and paste it to the selected offers. Before anything is created, you will see a summary of correct offers, new bundles, omissions, and items requiring overwriting.

Decide whether existing bundles can be overwritten. Errors and omitted offers receive separate notifications.

Move classic sets to flexible sets

Load old sets only as conversion material. Choose a variant with or without a discount and check the plan before starting the task.

Create from selection

Build sets in bulk from selected listings, safely grouping them by category and product.

How do flexible sets differ from the old Allegro sets?

The flexible set consists of positions. In each position, you can include alternative listings, specify the required number of pieces, and indicate which listings the set should be displayed on. Classic sets can only be loaded as a starting point for conversion.

Can discounts be set separately for each market?

Yes. The editor supports separate values for Poland, the Czech Republic, Slovakia, and Hungary. You can also copy one value to the other markets.

Is it possible to copy sets in bulk?

Yes. Copy the set to the clipboard, select the target listings, and view the paste plan. Before execution, you will also decide whether the tool can overwrite existing sets.

Where do the 'Frequently Bought Together' suggestions come from?

From the history of shared orders of the selected account. The ranking shows how often products ended up in the same order, how many pieces were purchased, and when the last shared purchase took place.

How do backups work?

Automatic copies are created for the selected account, and a manual copy can be created on demand. The list displays the date, type, and number of sets; the chosen copy can be loaded into the tool.

Does local saving immediately change data on Allegro?

No. Saving in the wizard consolidates the prepared set in Niezbędnik Sprzedawcy. Only a separate button 'Save to Allegro' initiates synchronization and shows its progress.

How to get started?

Create an account in Niezbędnik Sprzedawcy, connect the Allegro account in the integration settings, activate the tool, and use the button 'Load Sets'.
