Statistics of the number and average of ratings
With the charts, you will immediately see the impact of Allegro Ratings Assistant on the number of ratings received from Buyers and the average number of stars.

Filtering and sorting offers
You have the ability to filter ratings:
- from all Allegro accounts or from a selected account,
- positive, negative, or all ratings,
- ratings whose average star rating does not exceed the selected number of stars.
You can also sort ratings by:
- type of rating (positive or negative),
- buyer's login,
- comment,
- sent request to remove a rating,
- reply to comment,
- order to which the comment was made,
- notes on the rating,
- rating date.
Allegro Ratings Assistant Settings

How do automatic rating requests work?
- if the buyer has already left a rating for the order, the request is not sent,
- orders from one day (depending on settings — 7, 14, 21, 28, 35, 42, or 70 days ago) are considered. If you need to send requests to all orders from the last 90 days contact us,
- the request is not sent for orders containing poorly rated offers (star threshold is set in settings),
- orders with returns reported or discussions initiated are skipped,
- in the message you can include a link to rate the seller and products or only rate the purchased products,
- the tool is automatically run once every 24 hours.
How do automatic requests to remove/edit a rating work?
- the request is sent when the average number of stars given by the buyer does not exceed the threshold set in the settings,
- the request is always sent in the case of a negative rating regardless of the number of stars given,
- ratings from the last 21 days are considered (time limit for removing a rating),
- the tool is automatically run once every 24 hours.
Automatic requests to remove a rating can be sent in two ways:
- regular message sent through Message Center,
- Allegro's special functionality "Ask for removal" - here the message content cannot exceed 500 characters and cannot contain special characters such as ★, therefore when choosing this option in settings, we recommend changing the message template.
Dynamic content templates for messages
Thanks to dynamic content message templates, you have the ability to:
- depend the content on the number of stars given for description, service, and shipping cost,
- set different message content for positive and negative comments,
- send rating requests only for orders containing offers with the specified ID or SKU,
- send an SMS requesting to leave or remove a rating,
- do not send a message if the buyer's login is on the specified list, or one of the order's offers has the specified ID or SKU.

Notifications about the tool's performance
The assistant notifies you by email about all automatically sent messages — requesting rating and requesting rating removal. You can disable notifications in the tool's settings.

Send through Message Center or mail
In settings, you have the option to choose the method of sending messages:
- Message Center - the message will appear in the buyer's inbox and in the Message Center. Unfortunately, rating links will not be clickable.
- Our mail server - the message will appear in the buyer's inbox but will not be visible in the Message Center. Rating links will be clickable. The message will have an appropriate title.
