How it works

Upon first activation, the Autoresponder considers messages from the last three days. Subsequently, it processes messages that have appeared since the last activation (every half hour, with the ability to change the activation interval to as little as 5 minutes).

With message templates, the content of the autoresponder's responses can depend on:

  • the Allegro Seller account (login) the discussion pertains to,
  • the number of messages in the discussion (e.g., a different response each time),

  • the content of the last message (e.g., if the word 'complaint' appears in the content, respond by describing the complaint process),
  • the order shipment status (different responses for canceled, in-progress, and shipped orders),
  • the presence of an attachment in the last message (thank in the response for the sent file),
  • detected language of the message,
  • many other variables, described on the response content configuration page.
