The Email Message Autoresponder / Allegro will help you increase the position of your listings in Allegro search results:
- Increase the response speed to new email messages from Buyers on Allegro.
- With automated messages, you will be among the top Sellers with the best Customer Service.
- The higher your sales quality metrics, the greater the visibility of your listings on Allegro.
- You define the content of the automatic message. By default, "Thank you for your contact. We will respond as soon as possible.".
- The tool checks for new messages in your mailbox approximately every 5 minutes.
- The Autoresponder by default responds to messages with an Item Inquiry and from the Message Center.

How it works
- The Email Message Autoresponder / Allegro responds to new, unread messages.
After sending a response via the Autoresponder, the message remains marked as unread so that you can respond to it. A flag/star next to the message informs you that the Autoresponder sent an automatic message. You also see this in the reply history in your mailbox. - The Autoresponder can only respond to messages where the subject contains one of the phrases specified in the Autoresponder settings.
By default, this filter includes the phrase "Item Inquiry" so that the Autoresponder targets messages from Buyers on Allegro. - The Autoresponder does not respond to messages sent from an email address to which the Autoresponder has already sent a message in the last hour.
- Allegro considers the response time to the buyer's first question, and this limitation helps secure the tool against auto-response loops in case the buyer also uses an autoresponder.
- The tool checks for new messages in your mailbox approximately every 5 minutes.

Yes. The tool operates through your email. It simulates your response to the Buyer, who immediately knows that the message has been received and receives additional information from you.
- Create a free account in Salesman's Essential Kit.
- Connect email accounts in Email Account Settings.
- Enable the Email Message Autoresponder function in Sales Assistant settings.
- You can change the default response content in tool settings.
- In Email Account Settings kliknij przycisk Add email account.
- Enter the email address of the mailbox being added and the access password for this mailbox.
- If the IMAP and SMTP fields were not automatically filled in, check with your email provider how to configure these parameters.
- Click the "Test connection and save" button.
For Gmail, it will also be necessary to:
- Enable IMAP in Gmail Account settings.
- Enable access for less secure apps.
- Confirm device recognition in the connection block notification from Google.
- If an incorrect password is provided and the Gmail account is locked, access must be unlocked here.
If you have multiple connected accounts on Gmail, to ensure you are configuring the correct account, we recommend setting up the account in private mode of the browser (incognito).
