Allegro Maintenance Fee Bypass

- You no longer have to monitor upcoming fees for inefficient Allegro offers.
- Enable the Sales Assistant Maintenance Fee Bypass feature and enjoy more free time.
- Every five days, our system checks for fees due within the next 30 days and, when needed, ends and relists the listing.
- Multi-variants, bundles, discounts, and tags attached to offers are updated. This keeps your offers attractive.
- Offers are relisted with promotion options disabled.
- For listings without a delivery price list, you can automatically assign a configured price list.
- The Sales Assistant will notify you by e-mail about all important events.
- We disable automatic relisting for listings being ended.
The Maintenance Fee Bypass skips listings:
- Listings in the Deals Zone — usually an empty or small group best ended manually after checking the minimum contract term.
- Listings previously ended by the Maintenance Fee Bypass but relisted by you or another external system. This will change soon, and such listings will also be ended.
Multiple operating modes
The settings provide extensive control over how the tool works. Among other options, you can disable creating duplicate copies of listings being ended. This option is disabled by default, meaning a copy is created before each listing subject to a maintenance fee is ended.
Listings created by Sales Assistant retain their variants, bundles, discounts and tags.

Yes. The tool uses the API provided by Allegro to automate tasks that a seller would otherwise perform manually. You can manually avoid the maintenance fee by ending a listing and creating a duplicate. The tool follows the same process and is therefore fully compliant with Allegro rules.
