Niezbędnik Sprzedawcy grew out of hands-on e-commerce experience. From the outset, we have built it on two foundations: technical expertise and close contact with the seller community. This allows us to solve specific problems and create tools that genuinely streamline day-to-day work.
From hands-on experience to our own solutions
My name is Tomasz Grzesik, and I am the founder of Niezbędnik Sprzedawcy. I earned a degree in computer science from Poznań University of Technology. After graduating, I helped my family automate sales on Allegro, designing solutions that allowed even people with no previous computer experience to run an online sales operation with confidence.
This experience shaped my approach to software development. A good tool should not only work correctly but also be intuitive, stable and save users time. I continue to follow this principle as I develop new services.
At the end of March 2015, the day after Cafe Allegro closed, I founded the Zjednoczeni Sprzedawcy Facebook group. It was created as a community independent of Allegro where sellers can freely exchange knowledge, experience and opinions about selling on Poland’s largest marketplace.
Today, the group has more than 80,000 members. Its growth demonstrates the value of collaboration, independent information sharing and mutual support among entrepreneurs.
On 4 January 2017, I founded a company providing services to online sellers, primarily those operating on Allegro. From the outset, Niezbędnik Sprzedawcy responded directly to the needs of people running online sales operations and introduced solutions before many of them became market standards.
We made many tools available free of charge. One was automatic refunds of Allegro commissions — a solution that helped sellers recover fees and increased pressure on the platform to improve the process.
A consistent direction
For years, our thriving community has helped shape the development of Niezbędnik Sprzedawcy. We listen to users, analyse their day-to-day challenges and turn them into specific features. We create both solutions previously missing from the market and affordable alternatives to expensive services, and some remain available at no extra charge.
For us, professionalism means taking responsibility for the quality, stability and usability of the tools we deliver. Consistency means continually developing them with the same goal: helping sellers automate repetitive tasks, work more efficiently and devote more time to growing their businesses and resting.
